Absolute disgrace of a practice. Wasted several months of back and forth for an appointment and was condescendingly spoken to about a referral received from another speciality. My own doctor had do call directly and still couldn’t move forward with booking an appointment. I have been a Rex and UNC patient for several decades but I am now going to pursue Duke health due to incompetent care and coordination and horrible customer service. Never even got a chance to see a physician after four months patience and pain. What a sha... read more

I always have a great experience at REX digestive health. PA Megha is always very caring and professional. She helped me solve all of my GI problems! Highly recommend her!

The care is good when you can get it. Don't expect a fast appointment when scheduling. I scheduled my mother for an appointment in July for mid October which was the first available they had. Upon arrival to the appointment, the provider "wasn't there" and we had to reschedule. They pushed it another 3 months out. The front desk staff was really nice, but don't go here if you have urgent needs.

I have been suffering with gi issues for 17 years. I had refused to see another specialist but my wife made me an appointment with Dr. Jampala. For the 1st time in my life a doctor LISTENED to me. He asked questions that he actually listened to the answers. I felt heard, I felt seen, and he helped me come up with a plan that ACCOMPLISHED my one goal, no more pain. Dr. Jampala I hope you see this. Thank you so much.

If you want to be ghosted by your doctor while in extreme pain I recommend seeing Dr. Jampala. I made sure to follow their protocol and wait a minimum of 3 days to see if they would call me back after leaving a message. I ended up waiting 7-14 days in between each time I reached out. I had to go to the ER two times I was in so much pain from my endoscopy in March. I finally got a hold of a nurse and she promised they would get back to me after the weekend. Still nothing. It’s been 2 months of trying to get help. I’ve lost ov... read more
