We recently had a full roof replacement done on our home in Raleigh, NC, and I can't recommend Rex Construction LLC enough. If you are looking for a reliable & honest local roofing contractor, these are the guys to call. We had some recent storm weather damage which tore off numerous roof shingles. Zach was able to come out quickly for a free inspection and free estimate. The communication is an absolute joke, once the attorneys office paid for the services that where supposed to be done as part of a home purchase, these people basically ghosted my son. I don't write bad reviews, but Nick has definitely earned this one, my son is still waiting for his electrical work to be done and waited all day for the electrician to show up today, but they didn't show and no one called, its been 8 weeks since closing on the house. These guys are not on the same page. Different answers from Nick and zach. why is the roofing industry filled with such dishonest people ? They took advantage of my aging parents and will say anything.
Rex Construction did a great job replacing my roof. The price was reasonable. They were incredibly helpful in with the paperwork required to get reimbursement from our insurance company. The crew worked hard -- came when expected, completed the job on time, and did a good job cleaning up.
They were very quick and made everything very easy. The new roof looks great!
