Friendly staff starting with scheduler Jackie , the receptionist and techs. They are very efficient . Love this location
I thought scheduling was incredibly fast. The location was easy to find. Check in was easy and the waiting room was pleasant. I was called back right away, on time. I had a pleasant experience with the person helping me get dressed and set up. The next waiting room was equally pleasant. I was immediately brought back. I sat in a comfortable chair away from the equipment where the technician calmly and slowly explained all the things since this was my first biopsy. She gave me plenty of time to ask questions. I have been going to Wake Radiology for all my mammograms. This office is very welcoming from the front desk to the technologists. I had Lois for the first time and she was wonderful. She made me feel very at ease and we even had some laughs. She explained everything to make it such an easy exam. One of the "best" mammograms I have had, if there is such a thing!!!
