I'm surprised the reviews are currently a 3.7. My experience was phenomenal! I arrived about 30 minutes earlier than my appointment and anticipated I would need to wait, so I brought a book to read. I was pleasantly surprised when I only had to wait less than 2 minutes after being checked in. The person who checked me in was welcoming, patient as I shuffled with multiple bags to find my documents, and we even had a few chuckles which put me at ease (I was there for the first time to have my annual mammogram). Was checked in immediately upon arrival and escorted to test area by Cheryl at front desk. She was very courteous and professional. The technician was also very courteous and professional and called me as soon as I sat down. Test was quick. I was in and out much faster than I expected.
Caring and professional. They were so kind from A to Z. They showed me the images and explained all the different possibilities and made sure I left with no doubt. Technician Jacqueline was amazing. Cheryl as a receptionist too. The Doctor was very professional and sincere. I felt in good hands whatever the diagnostic. I am so happy my doctor sent me with them. I know and trust they will do the best for my health.
HORRIBLE. Go anywhere but here. Absolutely terrible bedside manner, completely disregarded our feelings. I went in for a diagnostic mammogram & ultrasound for both breast. The mammogram technician refused service, she said I didn’t have cancer and that I was fine, BEFORE even looking at me or running any sort of test. I then requested that she do the test as ordered. I have nothing but great things to say about this office. Everyone there is always so kind, compassionate and empathetic. They're quick to answer your questions and will always call back in a timely manner if they don't know the answer right away. I've been to this location three or four times now and I don't have one complaint.
