Friendly staff. A military haircut for $35 is too steep for me though.
I was a previous client of the barber and owner of the establishment. After 3.5 years, I returned for a haircut. During this time, I had not cut my hair and had invested significant time and care into growing it long. I requested a very small trim, but the barber turned my chair away from the mirror and proceeded to cut off all my hair. When I saw the result and expressed my dissatisfaction, he apologized and said I did not need to pay. This experience left me extremely upset and deeply disappointed.
