Dr Butler is a very thorough kind and caring doctor. We trust him and have had him for a family doctor for years. He saw my grandfather and now sees my mother, myself, and my 20 something daughter. He is very on top of conditions and complaints. He does regular blood work and he never rushes appointments. He is very knowledgeable and has the best bedside manner of any doctor I have ever seen. (And I have seen many doctors with my autoimmune) I very highly recommend Dr. Butler.
He left the door open while I was discussing important information and laughed in my face
Dr has a sign out from taking new patients. Called and said to come by and complete paperwork and turn it back in. I wasted my time doing this. Called 2 weeks later because hadn’t heard anything. She says oh we’re not taking new patients until May. All her excuse was when I told her no one told me this when I called it the two times I was there was “I don’t know who you spoke with”. No need to worry about seeing me. I will not darken your door again. Horrible front desk staff.
i strongly do not recommend Dr. Butler to your family if you are dependent on insurance to pay for your hospital confinements and office visits. I have been waiting 4 months for paper work to be filed out by this doctor so I can pay my bills. I have called between 15-20 times, been hung up on, told "if you make him mad, it will just make it worse", the insurance clerk from my husband's job has contacted them several times to no avail. I am hiring an attorney and making a formal complaint.
Office staff VERY VERY RUDE!!! No reason for that kind of behavior!
