This office was dirty and unkept. Completely off putting and the doctor always is talking on his Bluetooth and ignores you unless you’re a good looking woman. My teeth look awful and I am now having to spend additional money at another office to fix the mess Dr. Johnson left in my mouth. The whole experience was horrendous and my treatment took twice as long and the results look worse than before braces. Zero stars.
Was a patient myself a couple of years ago and came back to have my child examined. I have to say after visiting other orthodontic offices to compare consults, I left Dr. Johnson’s office with much to be desired this time. The office itself is the same including, outdated chairs and technology and I was expecting it to look at least some what updated. The previous receptionist used to be super friendly and responsive and I noticed the new employees never return calls or seem to understand dental insurance or treatment option... read more
If I could give 0 stars I would. I have to say, I never give negative reviews. I like to give everyone the benefit of the doubt and hope that everyone deep down are good. However, after our first visit with Dr. Johnson it was clear something was not right. He gave both my daughter and I a bad feeling. So much so, that I requested to go back into the exam room with my daughter because I didn't like the feeling I had.
