She will not respond or send confirmation or info regarding training until the day of training to say training canceled for lack of participants and there is no refund. I am loosing over paying price to her because I had to cancel a full 3 day case load of clients. And she’s not going to refund what she didn’t provide? Complaint case has been filed to PayPal.
