I had a very distressing experience at RewireMe that left me feeling unsafe and unsupported. I have raised a formal complaint about my session and am waiting for an appropriate response. I would recommend anyone seeking mental health care to ask careful questions before engaging.

The whole operation is run like a dream. From the logistics of text message and email reminders, a friendly and helpful team to contact when things needed to be changed to the psychologists. Charlene is a godsend, an amazing psychologist and a warm person that is a pleasure to open up to. i recomend anyone seeking to grow and improve mentally and emotionally to work with this practise.

I always feel safe and comfortable to talk with Charlene about everything that has been affecting me. She is a gifted psychologist who genuinely cares about the wellbeing of people. The moment I step into this clinic I relax, the relaxing ambient music and herbal tea is a lovely touch. And just general vibe of the people working here. I didn’t expect to look forward to coming and offloading my ‘stuff’ but I do! Thank you so much.
