I am wholly new to the world of therapy and taking care of my mental health. Without delving into my own personal issues, I'll comment on staff rather than the difficulties that come along with the testing (testing that can sometimes feel like a test of your patience rather than relaying symptoms of your mental state). My partner was tested here a few weeks ago and we got the results last week. From the very first phone call, they were super professional and polite. Dr Long was funny, kind, and actually seemed like she was interested and enjoyed her work. They made not only my partner feel safe and welcomed, but me as well. I would 100% recommend Rewire the Misfire for anyone who is struggling mentally and is looking for (pretty deep) answers about themselves.
I had a very disappointing experience at this office. The front desk staff, in particular, was extremely unprofessional and lacked basic people skills. From the moment I called, I felt judged and unwelcome, which is especially concerning given that this is a psychology-related setting where patients should feel safe and supported. I owe them a lot, they systematically handle all my testing and concerns, and even made recommendations for a new psychiatrist and primary care physician. Can't thank them enough. 30+ years undiagnosed, now i can actually get treatment.
