Would give it 0. Nicole is nice but “it should work soon!” was a lie. I went for a year with consistent appointments for laser and so did my mom and sister. NONE of us had results, even though we were perfect candidates with the type of hair and colour we have. Every time I went, I didn’t feel anything or have any results from the last time so I would ask to increase the intensity but I doubt it was at the max because it didn’t work at all. Do not waste your time and book here. They cancelled my appointment the first time an hour before and then told me to re book then cancelled again 24 hours before

The only laser place I’ll ever go to. Nicole makes you feel so comfortable, it’s like you’re hanging out with your close friend all treatment. I was very nervous going for the first time as I thought it would be painful but it is seriously as painless as they say. In fact, you really don’t feel anything.
