I cannot say enough positive things about Reward Transportation Services. They picked up my father, who's in an electric wheelchair, to get him to his granddaughter's wedding. They were on-time, patient and kind with him. Everything went according to plan. We called a few days before to change the pick-up time and Susanne could not have been nicer or more helpful. Thank you for helping make my daughter's wedding special by getting her grandfather there!

Reward Transportation Services provided an excellent experience for my father’s dialysis appointment. Our driver, Malaina, was outstanding—she was punctual, professional, and incredibly compassionate. My father was having a rough day, but Malaina’s kindness and reassuring demeanor helped make the ride much more comfortable for him. I can't thank Reward Transportation Services enough for the care and professionalism they provide. My aunt, who is like a mother to me, suffers from dementia and has experienced a few falls, leading to her needing physical therapy three times a week. Derrick was the driver for my brother who is wheelchair bound and mentally handicapped. Derrick was exactly on time (actually early) and was respectful, friendly and helped get my brother up a steep driveway. We had a hard time finding transportation for a wheelchair and for the county. I recommend this company highly!! Susanne was awsome helping to get this together!
