Amazing service! Driver was so helpful getting my family to there appointments, felt like family
Used once. Extremely disappointed. The vehicle did not meet my needs (even though I specifically described my needs in the order form) and they arrived a half hour late. I made it to my appointment but ONLY because I built in extra time just in case to allow for traffic, etc. I paid $100 to get from Del. County to Center City Philadelphia. To make up for the inconvenience, they offered 15% off my next trip. There won't be a next trip.
Great service. Booked last minute for my grandmother and they made it easy. Sheenah and the driver were amazing. We will be using them again. Thanks for your flexibility.
BEWARE!! Unprofessional organization, late to complete the first half of a round trip service. Zero follow through on returning a patient to their care facility. No customer service representatives available to help. OUTRAGEOUS!!!!!
