Company had to be embarrassed publicly before they took the time to help a Man fix his machine that was older than 5 years. He did the repairs himself and just needed the parts how unbelievable.
Terrible company fully of immoral jerks. Money over people with this company. Hopefully your device doesn't need minor repairs after it is 5 years old, or you'll find yourself SOL. Shame on them.
This is a great company to work with! They provided all the support I needed throughout the process of getting my own ReWalk.
