Ficil is an amazing tech! Such a wonderful collection of gear and knowledge. I'm a new rider but I always feel welcomed and they always answer my questions. I am happy to have them around! 10/10 recommend for gear. Also they give you all kinds of options for clothes and just the encouragement it's lovely.
Shopping at a brick-and-mortar RevZilla was great. Same great service I expected and the ability to check out and try on more gear with the help of experts was awesome.
