I really enjoyed getting my new Shoei helmet on 3-26! The sales person, I think Joy, I can’t remember! But she was very helpful and insightful. Directed me to get the helmet that would be perfect for me and riding my Harley Street Glide! She even helped me tape up the box so I could Lime Scooter back to my office and not have the handle break. I am excited to come back and find more cool stuff to purchase. With all the options, I might find too much! Haha Thanks again!
Answered all my questions. Price matched on the spot. No high pressure sales. Had what I was looking for in stock. As a new rider, I would of appreciated a bit more forthcoming with information rather than having me ask silly questions. I kinda felt like I should know what I'm looking for vs making making a new rider buying unfamiliar gear, hunt for answers. Not sure if i just had an unlucky first time in but came in looking for a helmet the guy that ended up helping me didn't get his name but long hair glasses was very upset having to get different helmets and was all around unhelpful with getting the right sizes finally got a helmet I was willing to buy and when I got to the register was VERY pushy about the 40 dollar subscription I told him no multiple times and kept pushing 7 or 8 times I don't buy gear often so it wasn't worth it and he was genuinely mad I didn't pay for it... read more
