Hands down the best customer service I’ve ever received anywhere. Scott went above and beyond TWICE for me to make sure that my new Shoei RF-1400 was perfect for me. He even called Shoei to troubleshoot the issue first, then filed the warranty claim for me to get the faulty cheek pads replaced.
