Had an issue with shipping through urotuning and took days to hear back. Called up revshift and got ahold of Joe and got he got it all sorted out in less than 5 minutes and was willing to help out with over night shipping. Joe is a good dude. 5 stars for Joe and revshift!

EDIT: In response to the owner's response: No, it doesnt' make any difference what time of year you order, you're going to end up frustrated. Fine products, but TERRIBLE customer service. I've installed Revshift bushings on three of my cars and haven't had any complaints with the bushings themselves, but after my most recent order I think I will look elsewhere when I need parts. Orders take weeks and weeks to ship with no communication and no sign of estimated ship dates, despite Revshift's website claiming "ORDERS SHIP FAST... read more

I was upgrading the rear bushings on my BMW Z3 and I didn't want to use the OEM rubber ones that you have to press in which is quite difficult. I did a lot of research and there are a lot of great brands that are recommended but I chose revshift. I purchased the differential mount bushing as well as subframe bushings. I ordered a product 7 days ago, I haven’t received a shipping eta or any purchase confirmation other than through the shop app. I have emailed twice asking for some sort of shipping eta to no response. I will absolutely not be doing business with this company again.
