I went in feeling nostalgic. The first serious e cig set up I ever bought was from this franchise the one on Maccord and Central. I walked in and the employee working didn't seem like the run of the mill you don't have the best MOD you're not in our club feel. I expected allot larger selection for a place with a pool table and big screen TV. The juice selection was even more skint. The employee that served me didn't have that vape barrista feel. Probably the most tolerable vape staff in northwest Ohio. Tired of all the other places acting like they are holier than thou vapers. Just starting out, quit smoking a month ago after 21 years of it and the staff was very helpful with all my questions and were friendly. Prices are NOT that high as another person mentioned. Seriously, go in there and price match online. Yeah the store may be a few dollars more than online, but if you factor in shipping, Revolver is cheaper. I took my 2 month old device in because it stopped functioning and was under warranty and was told it would be done in one week, two tops. It's now been over 4 weeks and I have yet to get my device back or receive a phone call from a manager or owner. I've left numerous messages and expressed how unhappy I was but still nothing. I would NOT recommend this business to others.
