Our experience with Revolve was very positive. We had visited a property that went under contract that day. Later when the house came back on the market Revolve reached out to us and we purchased. We enjoyed our home and had minimal call back issues with the builder. We recently sold the house and it proved to be a very good investment. We purchased one of Revolve's first homes in Cherry in 2013. In fact, it was recently featured on the Charlotte Agenda Home Tour for its craftsmanship and design. It was the first home we'd built, and the process could not have been more straightforward with excellent communication along the way. We had a couple of issues that arose 6-12 months after moving in that were caused by the builder that Revolve had partnered with. I, like Glenn, also purchased two of Revolve Residential's Domain Townhomes in the fall of 2018. I'm saddened to hear of Glenn's experience because I have had nothing but a good experience working with Revolve Residential. I even reached out to the developer on numerous occasions with generic questions and was met with a quick response and honest conversation. I purchased two town houses from Revolve Residential in the fall of 2018. The designs and location of these properties were ideal for Charlotte and i was excited about the opportunity to purchase them. Unfortunately the quality of work has me wishing someone else would have reviewed this company before i made the decision to move forward. Since purchasing I have had almost a combined dozen leaks from the roof which has now caused lights to fall out of the ceiling, drywall & floor damage and the houses now smell of mold.
