The overall experience was terrible. My initial security deposit was lost when I moved in and throughout my time as a tenant I had points where I had to call other realtors within the company to get ahold of anyone because I couldn’t trust anyone would be at the office during business hours. I made an appointment last week to view the apartment at 1007 Washburn St today. Texted and called the agent Aubrey multiple times to confirm and they ignored my texts and sent me straight to voice mail. Called Revolve again and Gino told me the agent won’t be available to meet me again for another week.
