We had an EXTREMELY disappointing experience with Revolve Real Estate Company during a recent rental application. After submitting our application, we were asked to provide additional documentation and even secure a co-signer, which we did promptly. These guys are trash. You put a full price offer on one of their properties and they try to force a bidding war.
