Horrible experience. Until this day, I am yet to get a response from Aubrey. I called multiple times for an apartment that I toured and was really interested in. Unfortunately, despite varies phone calls, text messages, emails there was no response from Aubrey. The only person that was helpful was Gino who was also unable to reach Aubrey. I even had a broker reach out to them and he was also unable to reach Aubrey. Really disappointed in the service provided or lack of service should I say.

Sorry but the communication skills as a management company are TERRIBLE ! For constructive criticism please don't not give a processing tikeframe if you are not able or going to follow up within that time frame. My partner and I applied and were told 3-5 business days we waited almost 2 weeks and gave additional grace because of the holiday for response and unfortunately there was none until I reached out called, texted, and emailed. Harley is incredibly professional, friendly, honest, and dependable. She takes the time to listen, communicates clearly, and genuinely cares about helping people feel satisfied and comfortable when looking for a place to call home. Even before working with clients, she's always been someone who follows through on her commitments and goes above and beyond to help others. I would absolutely trust her to guide me through buying or selling a home and would recommend her to anyone looking for a real estate agent.

The overall experience was terrible. My initial security deposit was lost when I moved in and throughout my time as a tenant I had points where I had to call other realtors within the company to get ahold of anyone because I couldn’t trust anyone would be at the office during business hours.
