I’m not sure I’d recommend this company or Aubrey to anyone. We dealt with leaking sewage in our basement for just about 7 months as we kept getting told someone was “going to get sent out”. There was a nasty leak underneath the sink that we were told was fixed and never was and it created mold in our basement so doing laundry made us sick. Not once did Aubrey come out to check the property. With those issues aside, the biggest we had is still in motion. Michael Grady was the agent we worked with to secure our new rental home and he was great! Very helpful, great quick communication, and answered all questions we had. He made us feel secure with the transaction to the home owner and definitely took the weight off our shoulders of getting into our new home quickly and with ease.
