Omg i’ve never experienced something so rude. The owner did my hair. I asked her to do a specific hairstyling. I sent her a video of someone else that liked from Instagram. She said she can do it. And I paid $150 for that and it was not even close to what I asked but worse than that all the time she was doing my hair she had a bad attitude towards me the whole time I was there. From the moment I walked in, until the moment I walked out, I felt very taken care of. The staff is very in-tune to the schedule, as they knew who to expect at the salon and when. At arrival, I was greeted by name and offered a beverage of choice (coffee, tea or water), which is a really nice added touch. this is the most terrible haircut I have ever had or seen. It looks like a 5 year old went crazy with a pair of scissors. I don't know how it will ever groq out to the post I can have it recut properly. The haircut was $150 not including tips, which is 50% more than the best SALONS IN SOUTHANPTON. I CAN'T UNDERSTAND WHY THEY ARE IN BUSINESS If you want your hair ruined, go there.
