Extremely poor customer service. Arrived for a ride and Management would not allow use of a prepaid package ride (worth $20) for a $10 ride. Unwilling to compromise. If I didn't pay $10, I couldn't attend the class, regardless of having a package of paid-for rides in my account.

I love coming here and have really enjoyed the classes. However, I had to cancel one due to being sick and gave a 48 hours’ notice. While they did put a credit on my account, it expired within just a few days and I wasn’t able to use it. Every Wednesday for the past month and a half, I’ve asked both the instructor and the front desk staff for help—they’ve said they’d follow up with the manager, but nothing has been resolved. It really shouldn’t be this difficult to use a credit or cancel a class when proper notice is given.

First cycle class for me and it was a blast! We (spouse & in-laws) were in town for the holidays and signed up for the 8:30am Christmas Eve class to keep up with my current Ironman training. So much fun! Jelika was a joy to spend the morning with. Setting up accounts for the first-ride discount was easy, and everybody getting shoes took a matter of seconds (you can bring your own, spd or spd-sl work). High energy and a good time!
