Broker represented a boat that I placed under contract, it failed survey and I was told everything was repaired...I was shown service invoices and everything only to find out that the repairs had not been actually performed, just spray paint was applied. They tried to scam me. Now you might say, well that's on the seller, and the repair shop (Dutch Boats Miami), but the very next day, the boat was re-listed with the same broker....so.... if you want to do business with this brokerage, BUYER BEWARE!!!!
