Revolution is so much fun! Bessy, Shaheem and the team are very technique focused which I love and are so supportive and encouraging. The classes are challenging yet also fun and the play lists are always on point!! Love the family vibe and everyone is so friendly and always up for a chat.

This gym is not only where i improve my fitness, it is my second family. Bessy, Michel, Shaheem and Latrice are so passionate about what they do and they motivate me to push myself. When im struggling, they dont just get through the class, they help me with the little techniques to improve myself. Their teaching method and welcoming environment is why i keep coming back class after class. They make me enjoy working out. I love revolution, the music, the vibe and the energy. Bessy was exactly the right person I needed to help me get back on track after my second pregnancy. I was recovering from pubic separation and she pushed me just the right amount and helped me shift my mentality in a positive direction to help me achieve my goal of getting back to exercise on a regular basis. I can’t thank her and her family enough for what they have done for me.

This place is amazing since new owners Bessie and Michael took over. They have brought in new energy and enthusiasm as well as their skills of being International hip hop dance choreographers. Every class is so much fun, I don’t even feel like I’m working out. I honestly get excited to wake up at 5am and come to a spin class! Thank you Bessie for your hard work, I honestly love coming to classes, you cannot wipe the smile off my face.
