We contracted with the company in November 2023. They took half the cost as a downpayment and promised to obtain the permit and start work within a few weeks. They were unable to get a permit from Cook County and cancelled the permit in December. They promised a refund, but have not sent anything. They do not return phone calls, texts, voicemails, or emails. My solar system was installed September of 2022. I still haven't received the Illinois Shine insentive money. I don't like to give bad reviews but I have gotten the run around from this company. Now the won't return phon calls emails or any contact from them. I hope this review reaches someone at the company that can fix this issue.
