Misdiagnosed a problem. Went elsewhere to get it fixed. They go 'by the book' when it suits them. Mechanic has zero personality.
Dreadful service, it got too hard for them after all, following poor diagnosis & then total abandonment of me & my problem with my bike having been purchased there.
