Impressive Experience with Cut and Color! – I received a cut and color with Sandra, the owner, at Revolution Salon and Spa. It was excellent! The staff is very friendly and attentive! When I arrived, I was offered a wide selection of beverages, such as tea, coffee, or water. The salon looks very new and is well organized. Everything was clean and smelled wonderful. Great MAssage – I recently had an excellent massage experience at Revolution. The spa is tasteful, clean and the service was perfect. The table was warm, she used essential oils and offered a bottle of h20 to take with me. I will be going back!
Not worth the price – Too pricey for just an average haircut. Stylist unprofessional. She did not listen to what I asked for in terms of a haircut. Almost impossible to reach someone on the telephone.
Never again – I went in for an appointment and the receptionist wasn't around, then when she did come in she was rude and short with me. No big deal I thought, until the woman I met called me by a wrong name. The whole appointment was awful. She didn't listen to what I wanted and she kept going on and on about her family and job. All in all the cut was average, the experience was awful and the price wasn't worth it. All I can say is never,ever again.
Best Haircut and Color of My Life!!! – The whole experience was fantastic! I requested a designer with more than 2 years experience. I had to wait 2 weeks, but it was well worth it. I was served delicious AVEDA tea when I arrived and greeted by hair designer at my appointment time. She looked at pictures with me and told me what she thought would be good based on my lifestyle and what my hair is capable of. Don't get attached to this place - it's nearly impossible to get in! – This salon has great massage and pedicure services, however, it is impossible to get an appointment! No one ever answers the phone (you have to leave a message) and if you stop in there is never a receptionist present. Appointments must be made weeks ahead of time and even then the times are very limited. Very frusterating.
