Worse experience ever. Had this company install a new furnace and AC unit in my home. That part was quick and easy. After three years, and numerous attempts of contact for continuous problems, never receive a call back. I have never had a furnace that stops working when it is too cold outside, and then have the installer never return text messages or phone calls. Very disappointing.
I recently had a great experience with Revolution Plumbing, Heating & AC, specifically technician Aaron. He fixed my air conditioning, which was low on refrigerant. Aaron was professional, knowledgeable, and explained the issue clearly. He fixed the problem efficiently and gave me some tips. He was friendly, respectful, and provided excellent customer service. I highly recommend Revolution Plumbing, Heating & AC and Aaron for their expertise and top-notch service.
I recently had to replace my water heater that had sprung a leak, and Aaron did an excellent service. From start to finish, Aaron was professional, efficient, and courteous. He removed the broken tank, rolled the new one to my basement and replaced the entire thing in less than 2 hours. Throughout the process, he was respectful of my property and took great care to leave the work area clean and tidy. Great experience overall for a quick furnace repair. He was able to fit me in on the day I called, and arrived on time. It was a quick fix (just needed to clean the flame sensor) but he entertained lots of additional questions while also showing me how to clean the sensor to prevent an issue like this one in the future. He charged a very reasonable rate for the service and was very easy to interact with. I'll be calling him next time I need any work done.
Great experience,answered all questions thoroughly and helped me make the right decision on my new furnace and ac. Will definitely recommend in the future.
