2 separate big bore kits in 2 years went out of round in less than 6000 miles, qc claimed dirt in the cylinder walls both times, it was all assembled in a clean room, second one had a lower end crank service with it, and they stripped a stud when installing it, didn’t notice till we installed the heads, they wanted the case back to repair but wanted me to wait 2 months for it so we had to repair it here
Great place to go if you don't want your bike to ever run right again! Only thing worse than there parts is there customer service! Never going back again!!!
The worst customer service we ever dealt with,since rodnee and mellisa left the co.,every call goes to voicemail,,they don't return phone calls,,and their product is not as good as they think,,we went their to find out what was going on with our cylinders,they straight up lied to our face,still waiting for cylinders,been 4 months,and prepaid
Received poor customer service quoted 3 weeks took 3 months- this was for my uncles parts- get it if things are not in stock but when we call no clear answer or don’t respond at all.
Bought and installed a 107 big bore kit for my 2012 street glide. Long story short, I had to rebuild the entire motor as a result. Lousy product! Customer service nowhere to be found. I'd steer clear of this outfit.
