I attended one of their free monthly community classes and was really impressed with how welcoming and friendly the coach and staff were. The workout was hard but fun and easy to scale up or down to my abilities. If I lived closer I'd consider making their classes part of my 'get fit and flexible' initiative over a traditional gym experience.

We had a birthday party here. My daughter loved it. The coach kept the kids totally busy the whole time except for a quick snack break. The owner was also there for support and was very welcoming. It was very adventurous and I think it was great for the kids.
My son absolutely loves this place. Coaches hold great standards. Nerf birthday parties are definitely a must try.
