Very professional and accommodating. Every visit was met with attentiveness and all our questions answered. My sister has congenital foot issues. I went elsewhere, they refused to bill insurance until I paid for her orthotics. This told me once payment was received, I would not be reimbursed. Dylan was patient and in the process of becoming a provider for this insurance company. After months of waiting the payment processed.
