Unprofessional. Unreliable. Poor communication
Would not recommend this company. Sebastian was my loan officer, I was leery about the high interest rates, and he assured me I could refinance at no cost within a certain time frame after closing. He refuses to return my emails and phone calls so that I can take advantage of the refinance for lower interest rate.
Good rate
I've never experienced a smoother and more transparent lender in all my years. Zach and Melissa went above and beyond, hustling to get me squared away WEEKS before closing... WEEKS. Their mortgage coach break down and personal phone calls walking me through the process and ensuring I had the best options for my situation meant a great deal to me... made me feel like I could trust them with my money and investment. 10/10 would recommend... they're AWESOME.
