Just used Revolution Mortgage for my re-fi. Unlike other lenders (like Quicken Loans), they were up front about the costs and I was not "surprised" at the end with additional costs. This is the second time I have worked with Kevin Bent (he handled the loan for my house, when I bought it 4 years ago) and I cannot recommend him highly enough. He got me the best terms (I shopped around), was available to answer my questions, and got me through it pretty painlessly.
Brad was awesome for us. Always on top of everything and made sure to get every bit of information from us before we even got to underwriting. The whole process was super easy and he was very responsive. I will definitely recommend Brad with revolution mortgage to anyone I know who is buying a home. He’s truly the best in the business!
