Just used Revolution Mortgage for my re-fi. Unlike other lenders (like Quicken Loans), they were up front about the costs and I was not "surprised" at the end with additional costs. This is the second time I have worked with Kevin Bent (he handled the loan for my house, when I bought it 4 years ago) and I cannot recommend him highly enough. He got me the best terms (I shopped around), was available to answer my questions, and got me through it pretty painlessly.
