Very welcoming place and friendly staff..
Looking for a new family doctor for my parents and to have them cancel appointments on you is a great way on how to NOT have people go to your clinic. Avoid this place.
This place makes it so difficult to book an appointment, receptionist never update your info, it's always back to old information that I had to update like 3 times already. the receptionist really just don't care to take the time to LISTEN. they just wanna rush to book an appointment and get you off the phone. I think I'll be taking the time to find a new family doctor. this is to much work.
I must edit this unfortunately after several bad experiences with the office staff. While Dr. E remains incredible, the office staff have degraded to a non compassionate, unorganized lot. On separate occassions now in the past year they have failed to tell the Dr. I was there waiting for an appointment resulting in an hour wait past my appointment time.
