Absolutely terrible. Waited for an hour and 15 minutes past my scheduled appointment. They then told me that they could switch doctors. I waited another 15 minutes and just left. This place looked so disheveled. Their cleanliness was also suspect. I watched a patient leave a room that was not sanitized by the person attending to the room. All they did was move a chair back in place and roll out some new paper. This place just gave off a strange vibe. Dr. Ejiofor is a compassionate family doctor that always listens, asks the right questions and trusts a mother's instincts. I always look forward to seeing her.
Spoke to Arpan today. She immediately helped me. Understood the issue, she created a solution. She didn't waste my time like most other medical services do. Good job, in getting to the issue, and creating a solution rather than ANOTHER frustrating situation.
