We had such a great experience. We saw the add online and appreciated they posted their prices. Really nice showroom & Boe was so informative and no pressure. Good people that love hot tubs.
For years I've been buying filters from these guys, and over the years the prices have increased on filters in a big way. Two years ago I started catching on about the same filters being sold bulk online, so I tried them. Same filter, same results, same longevity. But I'd rather buy locally lately so I enquired. Their prices are outrageous at $55+ a filter. I can buy the same filter online for exactly half the price and it's shipped right to my door. I'm counting my pennies now. Not ever going back.
Picked up a used refurbished hot tub from these guys and I couldn't be happier from start to finish these guys will not disappoint!!
Fanatastic service! I went to these guys because I wasn’t happy with the help I was getting from my dealer regarding water care and balancing. Even though I didn’t buy my tub there as soon as I walked in the door the owner (Boe) was testing my water sample and describing my water issues. He recommended draining and refilling my tub which I did. He invited me to bring a sample of the new water in and have there technician advise me on next steps.
