Keanu was personable , thorough and respectful. Maintenance appointment was thorough and easy.

All went well with this company
The technician was very friendly. However since the first maintenance call was no charge, the call was very quick with just a quick “surface” inspection . The technician was only equipped with a drill and a flashlight. I expected he would have at least vacuumed out the cabinet and cleaned off the coils.
