As a registered nurse with over 50 years of experience in healthcare, and as a new patient of this practice, I can honestly say I have never seen such unprofessional, unethical and irresponsible care. Not only did they "forget" to order an injection that is time sensitive, they could not tell me when I would be able to receive my injection. As an RN for vover 50+ years I have never seen such unfprofessional care and behavior. I made an appointment and was scheduled for an injection that was to be "timed" for every six months. That appointment was made several months in advance. I called the day before my appointment to confirm. When I showed up the next day, they informed me that they had not received my medication.
