Dang was on the phone and the nurse was “worried” about me … can’t be too worried when you just hang up the phone. Definitely not coming back

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Revolution Health P.C. During my visit, I explicitly requested a physical examination. Not only did the clinic fail to provide the physical, but they also falsely documented and claimed that it had already been performed — which is completely inaccurate. Furthermore, they mischaracterized the nature of my visit by incorrectly stating it was solely for stomach pain related to medication, despite my clear and specific request for a routine physical.
