Very bad customer service. I want to write my experience, but it is a waste of time and energy.
During my first appointment, Zeus took the time to listen to what I wanted in a cut, and also gave suggestions about what would work best given my hair type, face shape, and lifestyle needs. I felt heard and seen, and I left the salon with a great cut that I'm really happy with.
