I have been attending boxing and muay thai classes here for going on 4 weeks now. I'm a beginner southpaw who recently had abdominal surgery about 11 weeks ago. I'm also a woman, but I experience no differential treatment on or off the mat in that regard. They have no issue making accommodations for me due to my surgery and taking a few seconds to show something in southpaw stance. Great facilities and coaches. Plenty of times to come in for classes. Family atmosphere with a strong welcoming community.
Of the gyms i’ve been to, RFC has been one of the best. Not just because of amenities or features but the community that calls RFC home, it’s irreplaceable and only exist from the love the staff put into the gym. Highly recommend it!
