100% disappointed! 1st appointment in July, $180 to install my equipment was cancelled, installer called in sick. didn't get rescheduled. Had appointment in Dec 9am, now it was $240. Showed up at 9:10 waited for customer to cash out. Said I was here for the install. "Sorry you're late"! we took another appointment instead! WILL NOT give them any business! Horrible!
