LOVE THIS PLACE!!! The workouts are always changing which is great because it keeps your body guessing - preventing the plateau effect. Every workout has been amazing and I leave every session with a sense of satisfaction knowing that I worked really hard. Kevin is an excellent trainer and always keeps me motivated.
