We had a wheel missing the quick release skewer and took it in near closing for assistance. The guys working were very helpful and found a skewer in the service dept supplies that would work. I don’t think what we needed was stocked on the shelf. They also noticed the bearings could use lube and without hesitation “fixed” them. They were very courteous and nonjudgmental regarding our lack of bike knowledge. Their focus was getting us (me + child) what we needed so we could get out on our evening park ride. This is my favorite bike shop ever and the only one I trust! I’ve been coming for the past few years and even though it’s a far drive for me, it’s so worth it!! Peter the mechanic is the best! They always do such a great job, have very fair pricing, and are always so speedy. I highly recommend!!

I rented a bike here to participate in a local triathlon. The staff was great and very accommodating. The equipment was top-notch. I would definitely recommend this shop to others
