I rented a bike here to participate in a local triathlon. The staff was great and very accommodating. The equipment was top-notch. I would definitely recommend this shop to others
Couldn't recommend this place more - it is just phenomenal! I don't think I will ever be going to a different bike shop and when/if I am ever forced to I am sure nothing will compare to Revolution. They are simply the most knowledgeable, proactive and kind folks. Price is extremely good and fair. Will give no star if possible. Lack of communication and delay in delivery. Was told if I am not happy, go fine somewhere else.
My bike broke down at the worst time. All bike shops have been swamped with the pandemic, but these folks got the job done after so many expected issues came up. STOKED to have my mountain bike back and it's humming! All at an amazing price. Just go without hesitation. Thanks Joel and Brent! Aloha! Just had a complete overhaul of my titanium MTN bike and they did an amazing job! I highly recommend them! Update: so awesome! Peter in service is amazing! Great guy and technician! Very trustworthy!
They weren't able to build my bike, but customer service was quite good and I was able to get a full refund easily. Pretty generous with their customers!
