Kind, informative, generous service and information. I am a middle-aged bike novice and was treated with respect beyond my expectations. Ray even walked me out and help me figure out how to put my freshly tuned up bike on my new Tyger bike rack. Including bringing me an extra strap free of charge to make it work.. What a pleasure dealing with Revolution Bike and Bean!!
