My wife and I came up from Columbus,Ohio and this was arguably the best shop I have been in. It wasnt the biggest or had the nicest bikes but the service was great. They put our new rack on charge free and were awesome to talk to. We will definitely be back.

Amazing place! We were in the right place at the right time during Venetian. My son was bummed when he got out of work at 4p and you were closed. He stopped earlier on his way to work at 10:30 and you were closed for the Venetian race. So I met him there at 4:00 and you had just closed. We just so happened to be standing next to a lady on the street who head my son and myself talking. She politely said the owner is my brother in-law let me see if I can get him on the phone. Excellent customer service! I was on vacation and realized I brought the wrong cycling shoes so I didn't have cleats to clip into my pedals. Luckily Revolution Bike had them and helped me install them. The first pair I bought and tried wasn't quite the right match but the second more expensive pair was. I was prepared to pay the higher price but they just took back the first pair and sent me on my way. Revolution Bike saved my vacation bike ride around Lake Charlevoix.
