Our care team of Dr. Sam, Erica, and Kassi have just been so stellar for our family as first time dog owners. The time and care they take with our pet is astounding, and they go to extreme lengths to make every experience for our dog a positive one. They are always willing to answer our questions, and you can tell they truly care about the animals they help!
I cannot thank Dr Sam and Erica enough for their patience and compassion when I received the news that no pet parent ever wants to hear, that it was Bruce’s time to go. I was able to spend the day and evening with my boy, and they allowed all the time i needed to spend with him. He passed peacefully and surrounded by love in his home. Thank you again.
Dr. Sam came to our home to put my 19 year old cat Berti to sleep. A very hard thing for me and I deeply appreciate Dr. Sam’s patience’s and compassion. He gave my old boy all the time he needed to pass peacefully. Thank you so much While we were waiting for Berti’s sedation kicking in my dog Willow was all over him and he listened to her heart. When my cat cheeto fell ill, I called and Sam and Erica came for a home visit same day I called. The follow up care was amazing. They both responded to any questions or concerns. Erica taught me how to medicate my senior cat and gave me great behavioral advice. I was grateful for the support during this challenging time. Would 100% recommend. Thank you both so much
