Had them out for a service call last year and they couldn't have been more helpful. Immediately put them at the top of my list for future work. Called them back out a month ago to quote a new system. After the initial walkthrough and visit with the expectation of a quote by end of the week... Crickets since. Completely ghosted when I really wanted to keep doing business with these guys.
The good: they returned my upstairs AC unit to service in the middle of the Houston summer The bad: my AC unit now sounds like a screaming banshee. They initially tried to explain the noise was extreme heat related. When it continued into the fall, they‘ve become completely incommunicado. Can’t get ahold of a human at the office. Sent texts and videos like this for multiple weeks in a row. Seemingly no interest in resolving this issue.
