On Saturday, July 4, 2026, I arrived at 11:40 a.m. for my scheduled 12:00 p.m. ATV tour. I purchased one side-by-side and one single ATV for my family. Unfortunately, this was by far the most disappointing experience I’ve had. Our tour was scheduled for noon, yet we did not return to our vehicle until approximately 2:24 p.m. Considering the ride itself is only one hour long, the delay was completely unacceptable. A great day with the kids. First time with our youngest, she had a really good time and handled it well. Our guides did a great job as well.
