This is a real "mom and pop" small business gym and it has the feel of family (the good family feeling). When I come here, I feel like it is an oasis. Everyone is very supportive -- it's like working out with your girlfriends. A lot of that has to do with Nilsa and her personality. She will do anything for her clients -- has literally given me the shirt off her back when I showed up having forgotten my work out clothes.
