This company is sneaky and keeps potential buyers in the dark while they are trying to get other buyers in a bidding war. They refuse to give a response in the window that we gave them to respond to our offer only to try and get more/higher offers. We offered $35k over asking price and they made us wait THREE days to let us know that they went with another offer. At least have the decency to let us know within the 24 hours that we gave. Very unethical company. DO NOT DEAL WITH. Buyers beware!!!!!
We wanted to share the wonderful experience we had with Robin and Nick when buying our first home!
