Pretty sure they just went out of business and left us in the lurch. Website is down, emails bounce back. They led us on for 6 months that they would service an issue we were having with the system and as recently as 6 days ago told us there would be a delay. I wish they had been honest with us.
The team at Solaris is unfortunately very unresponsive to existing customers who carry a warranty of their systems. My inverter needed to be replaced and after waiting several weeks, the unit finally came in and a tech came out to replace it. After I noticed that my SolarEdge application was not working properly - prior to the inverter replacement, I could see data about how much energy was system was producing and drawing from the Grid. Edit 12/25: Solar is still going strong in year two. Solaris installed an EV charger for me this past summer and they did a nice job. Over a year ago, this company, which we had used for solar panels and batteries solicited us for a final call on a model of Tesla batteries we already owned. We decided to get two more to increase our solar storage and gave them a deposit of 12k. A year of following up ensued before learning that the batteries were never actually forthcoming, and still no reimbursement of our 12k despite multiple follow ups.
