I feel very lucky to have worked with Brian and the Solaris team. From start to finish, Solaris communicated clearly, responded promptly, and moved professionally through installation. I wish I had more roof to work with them more!
The vibes at Solaris are immaculate. They are seriously the only adult solar company I’ve talked to. Everyone else is this business seems to be a scam, but everyone we’ve talked to at Solaris is honest and transparent and willing to help. There’s a lot of BS in the solar industry but Greg and the folks at Solaris are the best. Thank you!
Our whole experience with Solaris Renewables has been abysmal! They failed to produce any tangible work and have not communicated or replied to multiple emails. They have not refunded my deposit. It has been TWELVE MONTHS! Buyer beware.
We love this company! Always had great interactions with the folks here. Also, I’ve seen them at several community events trying to spread the word about solar energy and how we can help to save the planet (and save money)! As far as greater Boston and North Shore, they have to be the most trusted given everything they have to offer.
The customer service and quality of work are outstanding. I was impressed by the professionalism of every employee with whom I came into contact. My first contact with Todd, my project manager, set the tone, as he and the many other members of the Solaris team took me through the installation process step by step. I highly recommend Solaris Renewables.
