I had a very disappointing experience at your store today. Two hours before my visit, I called to ask if you had Bolivar cigars in stock, and the staff told me there were 14 available. However, when I arrived after a 30-minute drive, I was suddenly told that all of them had already been reserved for a “valued customer.” This was extremely frustrating—not only because I made a special trip based on the information I was given, but also because I have personally spent thousands of dollars at your store over the past few months... read more

Revolucion is a beautiful store, stocked to the ceiling with a wide assortment of products besides cigars, and the people on site are very friendly and helpful. A great place to buy a gift for a special someone. Last time I visited the store there was a team of people cleaning the windows and the outside awning. I wish more stores had the same high standards of presentation.
