I Had appointment but she didn’t show up and did not answer her phone! I was driving for an hour to get here! I don’t recommend her!

I have never in my 15 years using a Groupon and owning a spa myself have been treated with such a nasty attitude from the minute the door opened. on my way in and said, hurry up and shut the door so my dog doesn’t get out! Then she said, go sit down. It gets better. she basically tried to gouge me once I sat in her chair when I asked questions prior to coming to the appointment she wants to charge $300 more for a service that I specifically asked about prior. Have not been here yet but the owner contacted me right after booking my appt to apologize that she'd have to do another day. She's on top of things and that makes me pumped!

Diana is awesome!! She is fast, affordable and reliable. I got a great service and great advice on how to style my hair after. So glad I found her, I will be back for all my Brazilian Blowouts!

Diana was great. She spent a lot of time on my short to medium hair to get the effect I wanted for debulking the back of my hair. It's the first time in several years that it was done exactly the way I wanted. Thanks again!
